Excellent Experience

My sister had an excellent experience with Jane while buying her DTLA condo. Naturally, I had to ask Jane to be my RE agent for my own condo search! I am a first time home buyer and we started our search in March 2022 with an initial focus of the Pasadena area. The housing market was absolutely nuts during my house hunt - crazy home prices, rising interest rates, lack of inventory, intense competition...the list goes on. 

The homebuying experience is one of the most stressful life events a person can have. Considering the market conditions and other factors working against me, I feel beyond relieved and grateful to have Jane working by my side throughout the entire process. She always responded quickly through text and provided detailed and thorough explanations to any questions I had. Honestly, she might as well have been a part-time therapist LOL for the amount of times she consoled me over lost bids. 

Jane helped me formulate competitive bids and ultimately I was able to get my condo below asking price in June 2022. I also was able to lock in on a rate before the rate hikes hit. Jane went above and beyond and even typed up explanations in Chinese so my parents could have a better understanding of the questions I asked. 

I am so excited to start the next chapter of my life and credit Jane heavily for helping me get to this point! My dogs and I love our  new place!!! I will definitely reach out to Jane for other real estate needs in the future :)

Knowledgable and Patient

As competitive as the home market was in 2021, Jane Sha was the best in getting us our first home as a first time homebuyer.  We found Jane via a good friend's referral.  I talked to several realtors prior, but noone was as consistent, knowledgable, patient, and responsive as Jane was.  

I had one intro call with her and knew right away we were going to use her to buy our first home.  Jane never pressured us to make any decisions.  She was extremely knowledgeable and would pull information before seeing the house.  She's very organized and makes home shopping a very easy experience.

Jane got our offer accepted with her guidance, and during escrow, make everything so seamless with her checklists of things to do.  

10/10 for Jane.  I would highly recommend using Jane for your next home!

Jane is everything! She is the most dedicated and passionate agent we have ever came across! She made sure to answer every single one of our questions in a timely manner and was incredibly patient with us as we are first time homebuyers. Her constant and diligent follow-ups made us as buyers felt extremely cared for, even the sellers were impressed by her work! She is the real deal! She also made sure we were fully comfortable with all our decisions before we moved forward with anything. 11/10 would definitely recommend her to anyone; her work ethic is absolutely admirable.
